Here is a list of the things that I did in conjunction with taking LIPO-6 BLACK ULTRA CONCENTRATE ---
Life alterations: Drastic diet change (calorie counting, nothing fried, no alcohol, fruits/veggies every meal, minimal bread, all whole wheat/grain, no cereal/added sugar, no added salt, low/no fat products), eating every 2-3 hours, 5-6 time per week exercise (cardio and weight lifting), protein shakes,and 12 glasses of water daily, etc.....
I've consistantly lost at least 0.8 lbs a day for the last 30 days and am happy with this product. Will definitely use it again!!!!

lipo 6 black hers is amazing, i've been using it for awhile and litterally lost about 50lbs with exercise in @ months. Really good appetite suppressant. Have lost 7 pounds in 3 days without exercise because I'm not hungry between 4am and 5pm {time I get ready to work and time I arrive home.} Feel like it helps me get through an hour of cardio easier than going at it alone. Also, I noticed I'm singing more in the car. LOL I'm wouldn't describe myself as manic or overly happy, but I feel like it helps me have a more positive attitude at work.
PS. Was taking 200mg of caffeine per day before using this.

The only side effect was the caffeine withdrawal. Other than that, it was fine. Used other lipo 6 products in the past that were good, but this one by far was the best.

I took the first pill around 5:30am and then would the 2nd one around 1pm (after eating lunch at 11:30am). I wouldn't be hungry again till 5pm and it would let me go to sleep at 8pm instead of keeping me up (I get up at 4am). This is the 3rd time doing these pills. The first time I lost 11 pounds the first week and 8 pounds the second week. I usually only take them for two or three weeks because I only need to lose 20lbs. If I could eat right after taking them, I wouldn't have to go keep taking them. I'm a total sugar and junk foodaholic though, so I tend to gain the weigh back four months later and have to take the pills again. These are the only pills that have ever worked for me.

I was 151. I have lost 10 lbs.I love this stuff.I am one my second month and I really am so happy. I usually can not stand taking anything longer than a few weeks. But I saw results in a week. If you work out eat healthy or try to. Then this is it. I work in a fast food rest restaurant the golden arches. I am a mrg.I work long hours this is the first pill that has worked for me. It is amazing. It helps with energy,controlling hunger. Everytthing it says and more.

Words honestly can not express how great this product is. I fell into a depression 10 years ago and gained 100 lbs that I could not lose. I have tried every pill out there for the last 10 years and nothing has ever worked for me. I started taking this product July 19, 2010 and a month to the day I have lost 90 lbs!! I wish I was able to upload a picture for you all to see. I am so in love with this product my sister had a baby and I introduced them to her,she has lost 40 lbs in 4 months!! I am a 5'4" medium framed 24 year old, after 2 children and a failed marriage I weighed 235 pounds when I got divorced. I was athletic in High School, playing sports and eating right. When I looked in the mirror I couldn't believe the moose I had become... I started working out, eating right and cycling on Lipo6 Black Hers during my first semester of RN Nursing School. In 6 months I lost 65 pounds. Then I hit the dreaded weight plateau, I came across Ultra-concentrated on sale and decided 2 pills a day would be great compared to 6. I started the Ultra-concentrated and dropped another 20 pounds over the 8 week cycle! Now 85 pounds lighter and feeling great I owe part of my new found happiness with myself to Lipo6! I noticed I also focused better on my studies while taking Lipo6 Black Hers and the Ultra-concentrated as well - managing to consistently score 15 points or more above class average on every nursing test. I take the max dose during my 12 hour clinicals to stay focused and energized. LOVE IT!!
