If so, it is normal to have a high initial spike in weight loss when you being this lifestyle change. However, this will vary depending on your diet and how hard your working to lose the weight. I'ved used neutrex products for about 3 years now. I initially began with Lipo-6, then 6x then, then Black, then Ultra. I began weighing 223 lbs, I now weigh 161 (-62 lbs). Their products work. My only suggestion would be this: 1) Begin with the lower dose products 1st (ie lipo 6/6x etc) then work up to Ultra. 2) When taking Ultra, make sure to eat something shortly thereafter or else you may get very jittery.

I would definitely purchase this product! It was so easy to use and very effective! The only side effect was slight elevated heart rate and felt a bit jittery/nauseous for the first 30 minutes after taken in the morning. I took mine with food in the morning to curb the jitters but it gave me the boost I needed for my workouts and curbed my appetite on low carb days! I only used one pill in the morning or one in the afternoon (depending on my workout time). I would use this product twice a day for weight loss or for cutting for a show!

I have tried several fat burners and so far this is the most effective.
I take one pill in the morning (immediately after wake up) and other after lunch. I workout very early in the mornings and this help me to be awake and focus.
I suggest to take it at least 6 or 7 hours before bed time and if you are to sensitive to caffeine probably just take one pill in the morning because this produc is very hard and will cause you sleeping problems.
I have no complains about it. this is perfect!

I have tried almost every fat burner out there to no avail. My friend (who is a BIG fan of Nutrex) talked me into giving Lipo 6 Black a try. I finally conceded since he himself has lost a lot of weight using Nutrex products. So I figured I would give it a try. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. I started feeling the affects almost instantly. I got a nice little energy boost. It is by no means a miracle pill, but with proper exercise and diet, it helped me lose almost 10 lbs the first month I used it. This is definitely the best pill on the market.
