Hello there. I am a female at about 5'6, with no serious health problems and a normal blood pressure. I've been using the Hemo-Rage Black Ultra Concentrate for about a month exactly now. I was 270lbs when I first began using it, & I am now 255lbs. While using Hemo-Rage, I've had a consistent workout regime at about 5 days a week, and it was combined with Cardio and weight training. I seem to have built up a tolerance for it, and it's almost all gone.
Instead of purchasing another Hemo-Rage Black Ultra Concentrate, I was considering trying Lipo 6 Black Hers Ultra Concentrate instead. Taking any stimulant based product over a period of time, your body tends to adapt to it and the effects become less pronounced. I would suggest cycling off all stimulants for 2-4 weeks, this will help to cleanse out your receptor sites which will make the product more effective when you continue using it. If your goal is weight loss and you had no issues with HemoRage Ultra Concentrate and know your tolerance to stimulants, you should have no issues starting with Lipo-6 Black Hers Ultra Concentrate. The term "One Pill" refers to only having to take one capsule per serving and is recommended to be taken 2 servings daily. First serving (1 capsule) 30 minutes prior to breakfast. Using it only two days, and I'm already in love with it! First day I had some jitters, but that was probably because I also had several cups of coffee, lol! Second day, no jitters, awesome energy, and didn't interfere with my sleep at all. I have a sedentary office job and am also a student, so any time for activity is few and far between. But with all this energy now, I'll be awake enough to add more activity to my routine. It has totally curbed my snacking--and I am a snackaholic!!! Now when I look at snacks, I'm not even tempted--it's absolutely amazing! 2 whole days without a single snack--without even trying!!I haven't stepped on a scale yet, but I can already see a difference in my waistline. I can't wait to see what I look like at the end of this regimen! Previously tried another Lipo6 product (silver/blue bottle), but it gave me severe heartburn and I had to stop. I have been using this product for only 3 days and have already lost 4 pounds! even though thats awesome what makes this product even more amazing is that when i got off work one day( i work in a fast food place: mcdonalds) i always think about what i should get to eat/ if i should get something to eat and even during my shifts i think about eating pretty much the whole time. i left work not even thinking about food and i didn't realize it till i was home and thinking about this product that i didn't even think about getting food! i love this product and hope it keeps working this well.

I have been using the product for a week and has already lost 7 lbs before the end of the week. It gives me tons of energy to get a great workout. I hardly ever get hungry so that's a plus. The only side effect I have is that I get thirsty. Im always drinking water, which I hardly ever did before. I don't have the desire to eat any of the foods I used to eat so im eating much healthier and lighter. I also started working out six days a week and I never worked out before using this. I have a lot of energy. I have experienced great results in such little time. I'm excited to see what happens at the end of the cycle. I know someone who has lost 40 lbs using it so I'm sure I can get to my goal weight! I'm excited and I love this product!

I started using this product on January 31, 2012. Since then, I have went from 171 pounds to 158 pounds as of today, March 5 2012. I am so satisfied and in love with this product! I haven't exercised hardly at all and the weight has just fell off. However, I have been watching what I eat and am only drinking water. I try to stay full on water so when I do eat, I don't have to eat hardly anything because I am already full on the water. Great product, I recommend it to everyone!!!!

i have been using this for 3 days now and the first time i took it 30 minutes before my workout. I ate soup to line my stomach with something, any medication on an empty stomach can make u sick. So I get on the tredmill after not running for like 2 weeks and I feel great. I ran 2 miles like it was nothing. Then I started to feel a little odd, nauscious. So i walked for 5 minutes and I then I started running again because my legs werent tired I wanted to continue to run and outta nowhere I puke all over the tredmill and myself. It was soo embarrassing. I dont know if I drank too many bottles of water (6 in 1 hr tryina hydrate) or i shouldnt have had the soup. Cuz it was very liquidly. I after that incident i went home and cleaned up myself and rested for a while. once the nausea went away a couple hrs later (maybe 3), I went back to the gym. I ran for 1.5 miles and I struggled. I no longer felt the effect from the pill. I havent had a chance to get back to the gym these past 2 days but I have been takin my 1 pill in the morning. I havent felt nausea but it doesnt surpress my appetite like i read from alot of people. But i do get those orange citricy burps..which i dont mind at all.but by the time i get off work i dont feel tht energy to go work out. Like that pill from over 10 hrs ago before work wore off. Any suggestiones?

Here is a list of the things that I did in conjunction with taking LIPO-6 BLACK ULTRA CONCENTRATE ---
Life alterations: Drastic diet change (calorie counting, nothing fried, no alcohol, fruits/veggies every meal, minimal bread, all whole wheat/grain, no cereal/added sugar, no added salt, low/no fat products), eating every 2-3 hours, 5-6 time per week exercise (cardio and weight lifting), protein shakes,and 12 glasses of water daily, etc.....
I've consistantly lost at least 0.8 lbs a day for the last 30 days and am happy with this product. Will definitely use it again!!!!

Really good appetite suppressant. Have lost 7 pounds in 3 days without exercise because I'm not hungry between 4am and 5pm {time I get ready to work and time I arrive home.} Feel like it helps me get through an hour of cardio easier than going at it alone. Also, I noticed I'm singing more in the car. LOL I'm wouldn't describe myself as manic or overly happy, but I feel like it helps me have a more positive attitude at work.
PS. Was taking 200mg of caffeine per day before using this.
