The product is great. No jitters, I have lost fat, it has barely any side effects; however, I cannot seem to purchase a bottle that is not at least half wasted by the pills being completely melted and stuck together. I just spent 20 minutes trying to pull out the usable ones from ANOTHER bottle. This is getting ridiculous.

I started taking this product when getting back in the gym after a rough c section with my son. I am really happy I added it, I have more energy throughout the day, its easier to wake up in the morning and I wake up more alert. Suggested doseage is 3 pills am, and 3 pills afternoon. When I started that dose I was really jittery, so I started with a dose of 2 pills in the am, 1 in the afternoon. I am now up to 3 in the am and 2 in the afternoon. I don't drink near as much coffee to make it through my day and the amount of energy I get for my workout is crazy! I will definitely be adding this to my supplement cycle. I have no doubt I will have my prebaby body back in no time!

I adore this product! I had to lower the dosage because it was a little too much for me. It helps increase sweating during working out and definitely curves my appetite! If you take too big of a dosage for your size it can make you quite shakey, you just have to figure out what is best for you. In the first month I've used Lipo 6 I lost 15 pounds and I've kept it off for months. I did exercise 5 days a week and diet 5 days a week. I ate whatever I felt like on the weekends and didn't exercise. I love this product and I would definitely recommend it!

I'm in a fencing team, that's why I need all the energy I can get and been in a good shape, sadly I stoped training and I gained weigth more and more. I have been taken the pills for the last 2 months and I've lose weight really quickly, I'm not sure how much, because I'm not fan of the tape measure, but I can tell you i'm 2 pants sizes less than when I started. My first week taken this was the worse, I had nausea all day long ! but after that is all positive: my energy increase 100%. You feel the effect right away , before, I used to work out for 3 hours and finished really tired, right now i'm working out for almost 5 hours daily! and I feel great! Also my appetite has changed : I don't want large amounts of food anymore, now I eat little portions but 4 times a day !

I got the product today to aid in my weight loss, so my experience with it is limited at best; however, since taking a single dose I have more energy and can feel it working. I am excited to continue using it, despite the jitteriness that it causes. (which is mild compared to a lot of other products!) It started working very fast- I noticed increased energy with in 5-10 minutes of taking it! This helped me get through one workout already. I have fibromyalgia and get pretty sluggish during workouts without supplements. I highly recommend it!!
