Nutrex teams up with FitRX to bring you the "Ultimate UNDERGROUND Muscle Car Giveaway."

Offical Rules:

Eligibility: The "Nutrex Underground Muscle Car Giveaway" Sweepstakes is open to individuals who are legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older and have a valid driver's license at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees of FitRX and members of the immediate families (spouse, siblings, parents, children and their respective spouses) or households of each such employee are not eligible.

How To Enter: Entry will be available via online devices and through purchase of a minimum of one (1) Nutrex Research product. Multiple Nutrex Research product purchases made by the same person within the term of the contest will be deemed eligible. Only a completed Nutrex Research product purchase or mailed postcard to: (1629 S. Roselle Rd. Roselle, IL 60172) will qualify you as a contestant. Return of sold Nutrex Research products will disqualify that person/purchase from the contest, therefore, all Nutrex product returns MUST be accompanied by an original sales receipt.

Grand Prize Drawings: One (1) grand prize winner will be selected in a random drawing by FitRX from all eligible entries received throughout the Promotion Period of January 1st thru May 31st. Potential Winner will be notified by email and/or phone on or about Saturday, June 9th, 2012. Potential winners are subject to verification, including verification of age. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, prize may be forfeited. FitRX reserves the right to award the prize to an alternate entrant who will also be selected randomly, even if the disqualified Potential Winner's name may have been publicly announced. FitRX is not responsible for any change of email address, mailing address and/or telephone number of entrants.

Prizes/Odds: Grand Prize (1):2011 Dodge Challenger or a cash prize alternative of $20,000. Winner will be responsible for all title, license, insurance and registration fees required in claiming the Vehicle, applicable sales tax, if any, as well as all other expenses relating to the receipt and use of Grand Prize vehicle, including any travel and transportation costs associated with collecting the vehicle. All other costs not specifically stated herein as being awarded are the responsibility of the Winner. Winner will be provided instructions to obtain his/her Grand Prize vehicle. Winner must take delivery of vehicle within 30 days of notification that dealership has received vehicle. Delivery of a Grand Prize vehicle subject to delivery schedules. Prizes are not transferable. FitRX reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value if prize becomes unavailable. All federal, state and local income taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner will be issued an IRS 1099 form for the retail value of the prize. Unclaimed prize will be not be awarded. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules, which are final and binding in all respects.

General Terms: FitRX is responsible for conducting this Sweepstakes and FitRX's decisions on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes are final. Non-compliance within this time period, or the return of winner's prize notification as undeliverable, will result in disqualification and prize will not be awarded. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. Prizes won by an eligible entrant who is a minor in his/her state of residence will be awarded to minor's parent or legal guardian, who must sign and return all required documents.

Release: By participating, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by the official rules and instructions and the decisions of FitRX. Acceptance of any prize constitutes permission to use winner's name, photograph, likeness, biographical information and/or statements for advertising or promotion on behalf of FitRX in all media worldwide without limitation, notice or further compensation, except where such requirement is prohibited by law. By participation in the Sweepstakes and acceptance of any prize, entrants and Winner agrees to release and hold harmless FitRX, their respective officers, directors and employees, from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost, or expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death, which may occur in connection with, preparation for, travel to, or participation in Sweepstakes, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity, and any travel related thereto, and for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy. By participating, entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys' fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and/or consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and FitRX in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of Illinois, and all claims must be resolved in the federal or state courts of Cook County, Illinois.
